	Although zero per cent of Americans admit getting lunch at a fast food restaurant (my estimate), one 2004 study showed that 35% get a fast food meal every two days. I'm sure the truth is worse. Behold the self-proclaimed Leaders of the Free World at "lunch" in carbon-belching SUVs.
